Nutrition good for heart.?


I work out once a week for 50 minutes in the morning. At the end of the day when I am on the orchestra practice playing my guitar for three hours at the end or in the middle my heart hearts a little bit. How can I prevent this? What is good food to eat for your heart or what is the best thing to eat in the morning before working out so that when working out I would not feel like all my energy is squized out (I am not obese - I am about 5'9" and waigh 130.)

Going to the doctor might be good advice.

You should exercise at least 2 more times in the week.

Fish oils are good for the heart. So is omega 3 oils from flax seed. Garlic is also good. CoEnyme Q10 is beneficial for the heart as is a B Complex vitamin. The resveratrol in red wine is good for the heart but many think it is better to take it in the form of a supplement rather than drinking the wine itself.
