Nutrition Facts For Eggs?

im just curious..
like how much fat and calories is what im really looking for

80 Calories, 4.5 grams of fat, 1.5 grams of saturated fat, 215 milligrams of cholesterol (WOW! Glad I don't eat those). For all the nutrition information, go to http://www.thedailyplate.com/nutrition-c...

There are different kinds of eggs but what's good is that this food is a good source of Riboflavin, Vitamin B12 and Phosphorus, and a very good source of Protein and Selenium. Bad thing is, it is high in Saturated Fat, and very high in Cholesterol.

Eggs are a great food very nutritious, relatively cheap, tasty and very versatile when it comes to cooking. I wouldn't put much faith in the silly approach that eggs are bad because they contain a lot of cholesterol I personally don't believe that cholesterol is bad at all except for a few people with a certain genetic defect who can't handle it.

The liver produces plenty of it (very good for vegans who eat only plant food and thus consume virtually no cholesterol) and removing all cholesterol from the body means an instant death.

Whole eggs are a great source of protein at 12g per 100g portion, iron, phosphorus, selenium, vitamins A, D, B2 and B12 plus many other nutrients in smaller but useful quantities.

68 calories
