Which of the following weight gainers is better for muscle: Cytogainer or Ultimate Nutrition Muscle Juice?


I work out every other day and want to make some big gains fast. I want a lot of protein with my supplement and a fairly few amount of carbs. Which would be better to gain muscle, not fat.

A muscle juice serving is almost twice as big as a cytogainer serving.

570 calories for cytogainer vs 1020 for muscle juice.
60 fat for cytogainer and 150 for muscle juice.
140 cholesterol for cytogainer and 150 for muscle juice.
54g protein for cytogainer and 55g for muscle juice.
75g carbs for cytogainer and 162g for muscle juice.

If you want a lot of protein and few carbs and fats I would go with cytogainer.

NEITHER!!!!!

If you build up your muscle and protein without those things, yea it may take a good bit longer, but you will feel better about yourself knowing how hard you worked to achieve it
