Does anyone know of a good website for tracking health, nutrition, food and weight durring pregnancy?? |
I am about 7 weeks pregnant with my second child and am wanting to be much more health concious this time around. I also like to keep track of things and am wondering if there is a good website out there that can offer suggestions on foods, help to track what I am eating, my weight gain and other important aspects of my pregnancy. I don't need a lecture on dieting cause that is not what I am doing I simply want to avoid over gaining and eating foods that are not going to be beneficial for me and baby #2. :) Thanks your info and advice are appreciated!!!! I don't know about a web site but there is a really cool worksheet put out by Bradley teachers that helps with staying on track. you can go to bradleybirth.com and find a teacher near you they would probably give you one if not email me and I'll send you a copy of mine. only I don't think it has a track for weight gain. BabyFit.com sounds like exactly what you are looking for. This site will keep track of how far along you are as well as track fitness and nutrition goals. It is similar in some ways to other sites where you have a 'babypage' and there are forums and stuff, but also includes they physical and health aspect of it. Congrats! google it, i google everything |
