I need a nutrition plan for a 15 year old boy details below? |
I am not fat, but im kind of flabby in my stomach. Which i know i can get rid of, cause i excersise daily. It is just that I dont no what I should eat. Especially, because my family dosent eat American type food. OK reality check here.... you should eat at least 500 grams of protein each day. lol.....? Uhm. Okay. |
