I need a nutrition plan for a 15 year old boy details below?


I am not fat, but im kind of flabby in my stomach. Which i know i can get rid of, cause i excersise daily. It is just that I dont no what I should eat. Especially, because my family dosent eat American type food.

This is what I usually eat:

It is scrambeled eggs and boiled plantain, or spaghetti and boiled hot dogs (contain sauce and onions), or brown rice and beans, or white rice and sauce (idk what kind).

i eat fruits sometimes.

i usually eat a couple pieces of bread a day.

and i dont like milk but i eat vanilla ice cream once a day (yeah i know not healthy)

i want to see six pack abs, which i know i can achieve cause i excersise. It is just my nutrition.

Heres a little info.

Age:15
Height: 6 feet 2 inches
Weight: 170 pounds
Excersise level: Moderate I ride my bike each day and on Saturdays i run 2 miles.

I do pushups every other day

lmao i dont do crunches ( i need too)

If you carry on eating ice creme every day and do only a bit of cycling and a pathetic 2 miles on a Saturday, mate you're not going to see your abs in a loooong time....

It's not rocket science. Eat lean meats such as chicken & fish, no processed foods such as hot dogs and pizza, eat pulses, vegetables, fruit.

Eat appropriate portion sizes and don't drown everything in sauces. Cut out the ice creme. Cut out fizzy sugary drinks.

Exercise 5x a day... at least 3 cardio session for more than 30 minutes such as fast cycling (not bimbling), running, or fast rowing... one core strength session incl leg raises, planks, sit ups etc... and one weights session. You'll soon see a difference...

... if you can be bothered...

you should eat at least 500 grams of protein each day.
your best bet will be at least 15 eggs in the morning meal.
also, you can try sustanon and decanofort.

Uhm. Okay.

Well, Biking is good.
Instead of going somewhere in a car, bike.
You tone yourself up, get an attractive tan, and you save the earth by not exhausting greenhouse gases! (:

Get your daily supply of Vitamin C.
Eat plenty of Veggies & fruit. & if you don't like the taste of them,
Get a smoothie, or fry them or something.
Like, with my pasta, even if I don't like broccoli, I still cut up a very small amount, and put it in the sauce.

That way, I get my daily veggies, & I can barely taste the yucky broccoli (:

A couple slices is good, & you eat rice, so thats good grain for you too.

If you don't like milk, try cheese or yogurt, it has less sugar than ice cream, & won't fatten you up. (:

If you do drink pop, try to stay away from it when you are hungry / thirsty, because scientists have proved that soft drinks are one of the main things leading to child obesity.

Your diet sounds good enough. (:

Note: DO NOT EAT 15 eggs a day.
You're only supposed to have 2-4 whole eggs a day, and it increases your cholesterol by like, A LOT. So if you don't wanna have some crazy heart attack or stroke, lay off that many eggs.

Get your protein from Tuna, salmon, and some meats (lean meats are good) (:
[Watch the saturated fats in meat! Try not to eat way too much, or consume the fatty parts, because that could add to the tummy fat. :( ]
