Nutrition question...? |
if i was gonna have a portabello mushroom sandwhich (put in a panini press), what kind of bread should i get that like..not very bad for you/low cal??? i am going to create my own sandwich from Nugget (its a nice grocery store..at the deli). would getting it on fococcia (i dont know how to spell this) be bad? or should i just stick with wheat? would getting a protebello muchroom panini on wheat even work? If you're worried about the calories you can just do portion control and eat the one that want the most. However, if your worried about gaining weight than you want to go with a bread that has a low glycemic index. wheat is the best |
