Natural v. synthetic vitamins - is there really a difference nutrition wise?

I don't think so & I take lots of vitamins & supplements.
It's important to know "how clean" they are...for instance what fillers are added to them. The less fillers the better.

I do take Omega 3 Essential Fatty Acids that are 100% fish & manufactured so all pollutants are removed.
