Vegetarian help, nutrition problems? |
what pisses my dad the most is that i wont eat fish, he says that fish have very important nutrients that if i dont get i would get the goiter , so does any one know how i can stop that from happening ?! what are the alternatives so i would get the nutritions that are in fish ?! Your dad is talking about IODINE. (That's not a typo). i dont think its THAT big of a deal if you dont eat fish. A vegetarian diet is not good for your health, you need some form of protein. If or when women become pregnant serious side effects can occur. Edit... I didn't say you couldn't did I ?" PS you need to read the latest on Soya. There are also the fish oils he may be thinking of. |
