Nutrition Question ? I have heard that corn syrup causes the body to crave more food. Is this so?


If corn syrup does "turn on" hunger, then what turns it off.
What other foods "turn on" appetite, and "turn it off"

so, i totally starred your question bc i was interested in knowing some of the answers!!!

looks like no one knows.....

i heard somewhere that pickles will curb your appetite. i am pretty sure that sugar makes you crave more sugar and makes you feel hungry all day!!

basically, your body will crave what you put in it and what it has in it.... so eat healthy and you will crave healthy!!
