Does the fat % and carb % even matter on the nutrition facts on the back of food labels? |
i was wondering since calories seem to be what people should be concerned with Fat is obviously worse for you than carbs, and you want to eat the right kinds of food to help your metabolism. if your eating a 2000 calorie diet. the % means that it is __% of the FDA recommended calories of either fat or carbs a you should consume a day! |
