What is your opinion of Hill's Pet Nutrition? I'm deciding whether or not to feed it to my new puppy!

Bleagh. Wouldn't feed it to my dogs, even if it was free. Too many fillers and crap.

Most of it is corn. which is a filler and just passes through puppy as waste.
If you are considering the price range of Hills, i would recommend Wellness. It is a holistic food with human grade ingredients.
It has glucosomine 4 the joints and no corn or wheat.
I use this food and love it.

Other good foods> nutro natural choice, canidae, merrick, natural balance, natures variety.

Not a good food, it is full of fillers and animal by products. Most commercial brands are made of mostly corn which is hard for dogs to digest and animal by products can be anything left over from the slaughter house, beaks, feet, blood, etc. I would suggest the brand Chicken soup for the puppy lovers soul.
