Any one know of canada nutrition website?

I have been going to the website dietfacts.com and looking up weight watchers points (which is the unofficial points on the nutrition label) which i find very useful. Does anyone know of a canadian website like that?

this website tells you the nutritional info of chain restaurants as well as the points for meals. I just want to be prepared when i got out to eat.

The first link below is a link to Health Canada's site where you can find a PDF copy of "Nutrient Value of some Common Foods".

The second link below will give you information for some chain restaurants.
