Brace pains, anorexia recovery, what do I take to school to eat that won't hurt but will provide nutrition?

pom bears (not very nutritional though)

I had braces on my teeth for two and a half years. I remember the pain, especially when they would get readjusted. I had to take pain killers throughout the day because it was so bad but eventually the pain will pass and you'll be making it through the day like it doesn't even exist.

Let's see, a Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwich shouldn't hurt your teeth and it is definitely a healthy and nutritional choice. Delicious too, in my opinion. Any sandwich should do!

Soft fruit such a bananas should work well too.

Soups are good, just make sure it's a full soup that will provide you with the nutrients so you don't skimp out on a good and filling lunch.

Noodles would work and so would cut up pizza.

It shouldn't be hard to find a good lunch.

I have a friend who is going through some dental issues. She is living pretty much on slimfasts and yogurt... I would also look into the ensure drinks. they have more of the dietary fat you NEED to keep your brain working right. Cottage cheese goes down really well, if you like it with fruit, go get some canned peaches and apricots. You can run them through a blender and mix them in with the cottage cheese. I used to do this in the nursing home I worked in for residents who could not chew...

Whole wheat sandwich made of trukey, lettuce, light mayo, honey mustard, tomatoes, and whatever else you like. Add some jalapenos too.
Some yogurt w/ strawberries and granola and some whole grain RITZ crackers and some string cheese.

Perfect healthy lunch.
You got your carbs + protein and some fats but not too much.
Adds up to about 400 calories.

have a soft roll, yogurt, jaffa cakes are good, milk shake, warmish water, sliced apple or other fruit things like that, dont worry the pain passes, it dosent last long
