What is the best nutrition to lower cholestrol?


My cholestrol is 312 which is dangerous, i stopped eating animal products and palm oil. what is the best food that can lower my cholestrol quickly?

Eat wholemeal bread, rolls, crispbreads and cereals that are high in soluble fibre. Porridge oats and breakfast cereals which contain cooked bran. Fruit, such as oranges, apples, pears, bananas and dried fruit, such as apricots, figs and prunes. Vegetables, such as sweetcorn, snow peas, onions, garlic, broad beans, red kidney beans and soya beans.
