How to diet right I m tired of being fat. What are some of important nutritions I need and exercise plan... Hh? |
I was fat all my life and now it's getting to me more more... I try to loose wait but I tend to gain twice back.... Pls help me figure out what's the best and healthy way to loose weight..... I love food and no time to exercise but as soon as there is an event then I'm totally stressed and can't find a nice dress. I usually gain on my upper body...
