I don't understand what your question is anymore because of all the nutritional facts you've posted but if you are wondering what a pitaya is, It's a funky looking fruit that grows in Mexico. that is red on the outside with a spikey skin but white on the inside with a bunch of black tiny seeds or i can also be red on the inside as well with the same tiny black seed. here's a link. http://images.search.yahoo.com/search/im... hope this helps
