I was really bad today and ate a whole loaf (not as big as a regular loaf though) of soy & linseed bread. I had vegemite and jam on them (not together) and soya margerine. The package of bread says 620 grams. you cannot avoid carbs completely. if u do, u will get cravings and end up eating the way u did. so make sure u have some amount of carbs carbs are not your enemy, they can be stored as fat if not burned off but without carbs for energy will body will use protein from your muscles, im not sure how many grams you ate, or how many carbs your body needs in a day, or anything else you ate, but you'll be fine, just remeber everyones allowed to have "cheat days" in their diet! I was very frustrated after I did six annoying fat loss hints without any success. But now I fortunately learned what diet absolutely works. This great free info page gave me the right info.
