Nutrition for swimmer?


Hi,
What I am aiming for is a nice thin muscular body. I'm a swimmer, and I swim about 8,000 to 9,000 yards a day. What I want is too have a nice body no flab, and have you seen on some girls when their hips jet out a little bit so you can almost see the bone, that is what I want, along with muscle. I just want to know what I can eat to achieve this. This is usually how my day goes..so I need meal ideas
Breakfast (a usually stop a few times at Dunkin..but I get a wheat bagel with peanut butter) is there anything better than that to get
also
any other quick easy high protein options at home?
I have lunch any ideas of a high protein lunch
and a snack before swim (ideas)
and dinner (but I don't really need ideas for that)
So basically I don't want a lot of fat on my body
I wan a very minimum I have around a 18% BMX and I want to get that wayy downn cause I want to be basically all muscle but NOOOOT too bulky .. I want to have a katie hoff Stephanie Rice body
