Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey protein Gold standard?


i was just wondering if it would be healthy for me to take this. im a 16 year old female. i want to build muscle, not like a huge women body builder of course, just visible muscles.

Perfect! Protein should be the staple of most active lifters diets. Don't worry about bulking up too much, if you take just one scoop before and after you workout, it'll just aid in showing visible muscle growth.

Do you know what type of workout your going to follow? I'd suggest a split training routine where you do one body part a day. If you need a little help with that, I'd suggest checking out the fitness site I threw in sources area for help!

ON Whey is the best on the market! But dont think just drinking protein shakes will help, you need to understand how your diet works, for building muscle you'll need 500 carlories more than you burn off in a day (to find this number find a BMR calculator online), if you have a good diet, and get as much protein as you need from regular foods, you wont need the shakes, they only supplement the deficiency of protein your diet lacks.
