What is the best.......for people who know things about nutrition and heath stuff?


what is the best thing to eat drink or do before a very high intensity workout?????

Obviously you do not want too much or you may feel sick while working out.

Something like a banana, or a glass of milk is good.

Or even a banana smoothie - 1 banana and a cup of milk (semi skimmed or skimmed) blended together.
