What is a good workout and nutrition plan to add muscle to get bigger while maintaining a healthy diet? |
I am 16 weigh 148 lbs and i am planning to join the Canadian Forces next summer and i want to be ready physically. Try the Lil Jack workout http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr... Hi, Richard they say eat foods that have protein (like eggs n meat). However be careful wit too much meat. Your liver has to process it and it releases a chemical substance in the bloodstream (forgot what its called) that travels up and down your bloodstream and irritates your brain. If you do yoga or anything like that they'l tell you to be a vegetarian. Anyway, I'm off topic...protein to go!! :P |
