It can be mixed in muffins, bre... umm that if u eat really healthy but never exercise u can still loose weight...true or not? its all i can think of..lol ...2 TBLS a day is good. Try 1 TBLS in oatmeal in the morning. 1 TBLS sprinkled over a salad is also very good. Cold-Milled Organic Flax Seed Powder is a good substitute and will blend in rather nicel... add beans to your diet black beans, kidney beans....etc ... |
