Is this a healthy nutrition plan?


This is what I have eaten today, is it healthy?
6:30 AM- 1 Light Multigrain English Muffin
12:30- South Beach Diet Protein Bar
3:30- Smart Start Antioxidants w/ 2% Milk
7:30- Falafel.

NOTE: I am a vegetarian...
okay. Grand total of:
25 grams of fat
154.81 Carbs
35 Grams of protein
960 Calories.

Exercise: 1 hour of moderate biking (13mph.)

Is this considered good if I want to loose weight? if not, what should I change and how?

OH. and a cup of green tea in the morning.

Sounds like you are starving yourself. Where are your fruits and veggies and fiber?
You need to add these to balance your diet. Also why so low a calorie intake? Average low calorie I believe is 1200 calories
What is your goal in regards to how much weight you are wanting to loose?

you need more fruits and vegetables.
doesn't sound all the great to me.
im a vegetarian on a diet also.

and are you taking a multivitamin?

p.s. i love falafel.

try doing a tofu/vegetable stir fry. its so good.
