Its a japanese soup noodle thing that comes in those packets with the powdered seasoning. Looks like the ramen noodles but its not. Can you tell me if its healthy? I plan to eat it before my soccer training and conditioning.

That is incredibly unhealthy and will cause acne and devour your muscles. First of all those usually contain a lot of fat, but your case it seems like a small portion. The carbs in it are extremely terrible and although will give you a quick boost for your game, afterwards will make you feel incredibly bad. Eat a small fruit before hand instead. Any instant noodle is bad for you. Enough said.

I am not sure why you picked noodles as a pre soccer training food, but here goes:

Your noodles contain plenty of sodium, which is necessary if you are sweating a lot, but not otherwise. It also contains plenty of high glycemic index carbohydrates. Carbohydrates are good for stamina, but you will run out of gas after a short time on these high GI carbs.

If you are looking for a cheap source of nutrition before soccer training I would rather eat a bowl of oatmeal with raisins. Then you add a protein shake for fluids. On top of that you should drink water at least half an hour before training.

With the suggested pre training food you get plenty of slow (low GI) carbs, proteins and water. Then you have no problem keeping up for hours.
