What difference does it make if you toast a sandwitch or not in terms of nutrition? There might be some changes in the calories it takes to digest the food or some loss in vitamins. Any change would be so minor as to be difficult to even measure. it doesn't make a difference, I don't think, because you're not adding any fat or calories to the bread in the process of the toasting. The butter or olive oil used to toast the sandwich will add extra calories. It makes no difference. Eat hot food, poop will be hot its not worse for you just go ahead and do it. but dont melt your cheese. no difference what so ever except you will have lost some moisture fromthe bread |
