Why does God make nutrition hard for us? |
What I mean is that, why is there no great tasting natural food out there. I mean, I like strawberries, blackberries, peaches and apples just fine, but why isn't there some kind of great tasting vegetable out there? I mean, does God want to make it hard for us to be healthy? Or is it just that by the engineering of artificial food that we have spoiled our taste buds? There's no good tasting vegetables? Carrots, potatoes, corn, peas, green beans, ... list can go on. They may not be spectacular tasting but that's where a little salt and pepper comes in. I think people are just spoiled but God knew what he was doing he made veggies taste like they should HEALTHY and they are good. actually it isn't God's fault, it's the fault of whoever fed you when you were a child. during the infant stage, your taste buds are forming and they become more accustomed to the type of food that you were raised on. so if your parents didn't feed you good natural food when younger, its gonna be harder your you to eat natural good when older. In all seriousness, the reason we like junk food so much is because we are programmed to like fat. Fat is what kept our bodies going during periods of starvation back in the caveman days. Our bodies are still like that, even though we have food readily available. I totally agree with you, vegetables are not as good as junk, but think of the great things they do for your body! why are you using god in the sentence Our way of life is unnatural . If we were in nature ,as opposed to society , our cravings for sweets , fats and salt would help us survive. Vegetables taste nice. Mange tout is yummy and sugar snap peas. And sweetcorn. And broccoli, yes i said broccoli. However i cant eat most veg as it makes you fart and my baby is having breast milk and gets WINDY.....and i pay at night. My problem is why are fruits and veg so expensive and crap tahts yummy but unhealthy is so cheap! Well those foods would taste great to us if we werent so use to salts and sugars and all that stuff that man invented. Actually home grown veg. are great. Especially green beans. Try growing green beans this year and cook them for an hour or so and season. They are really good!! it taste bad and sugar taste better so its hard. Nutrition is not hard at all. People have many more difficult challenges than nutrition. not really. maybe god doesn't like vegetables either. :)) i hope you're asking this for a laugh... |
