What is the ultimate meal? nutrition-wise? |
I want to know what the ultimate meal that has all the servings you need, or at least 1/3rd or 1/4th so I can split it up into a couple meals and just eat that for the rest of my life. all of those in a blender, baked.. good idea One meat. I'd say it would include those eight things that they say are most nutritious; blueberries, spinach, live yogurt, black beans, tomatoes, carrots, walnuts, oats. I guess those in different combinations could be interesting |
