How does one keep tabs on their calorie intake when many foods which you prepare do not contain nutrition info? |
Say may daily calorie intake is recommended at a certain amount. Assuming the entirety of my diet isn't based on premade, prepackaged meals with a nutrition info box on it, how can I calculate my calorie intake? There are plenty of websites where you can enter what you eat (like produce, etc.) and it will tell you all the nutritional information. |
