What exactly is my teacher asking for in my nutrition class? I dont understand her question? |

They provide a potentially "extra" benefit to health. nutritious foods, such as anything that boasts better health by eating it. vitamin enriched products would be an example. im not 100% sure but i think it means foods that are beneficial to our health like fruit and foods with nutrients and vitamins in them.hope thats helped. |
