What is a good website to learn about nutrition in food?

For example, I like the website calorieking.com, but it doesn't tell you which vitamins are the food.

nutritiondata.com is helpful...
go to http://fitday.com/
make a free account (it only took me 30 sec)
and then go to the "food" tab
type in any food and it will give you a list of search results
click the one that best applies and it will give you the average nutrition facts for that food
a really great site!
I think for nutritional values in food and suggested intakes and stuff, the Food and Drtug Administration website can help.
