May someone please give me a list of nutrition-balanced meals?

This is what I eat to keep a healthy weight and feel great

BREAKFEAST:
1 cup granola (any flavor you like) and 1 cup whole-grain cereal in 1 cup low-fat milk

LUNCH:
Peanut butter and jelly on whole-wheat-7 grain bread, 1nature valley granola bar, and a serving of pretzels

SNACK:
1 low-fat yoplait yogurt

DINNER:
2 cups of the green giant pasta with vegetables and garlic sauce, with a salad.(if you dont have green giant, any healthy pasta) or 1 lightly sauced chicken breast

DESSERT:
you can have 2 scoops of low-fat frozen yogurt

LATER.....
drink one cup of green tea, it cleans out your insides, and makes you lose weight

***when I started this diet, i lost 5 lbs in the initial week***make sure to excersize, i like to ride my bike around the block once, and do 30 crunches every night****good luck!
