How or where would I get a good nutrition/exercise routine to get fit?

skip meat, and instead eat beans. also become a vegetarian, and don't eat junk food. just try pure fruit and vegetables plus some purified water of fruit juice. excerise whenever you get the chance. about 3 hrs a day is appropriate for an adult. go for a swim once a week and run every single day.
watch celebrity fit club on VH1, the show has a lot of good ideas to fitness and weight loss.
