How or where would I get a good nutrition/exercise routine to get fit? |
I am trying to get healthy and loose about 40lbs Source(s): I'm an Exercise Science Major and Nutrition Minor Several years of research Try some routines on this site this will help you-free useful tips & articles on almost any topic- http://free-articles.50webs.com... skip meat, and instead eat beans. also become a vegetarian, and don't eat junk food. just try pure fruit and vegetables plus some purified water of fruit juice. excerise whenever you get the chance. about 3 hrs a day is appropriate for an adult. go for a swim once a week and run every single day. watch celebrity fit club on VH1, the show has a lot of good ideas to fitness and weight loss. |
