In your opinion what are 10 good foods, nutrition wise?



i mean foods high in protien, calcium, fiber, and all those other things you need to survive? thank you!!

carrots
fish
chicken
apples
peanuts
potatos
bananas
cheese
bread
rice
liquids:
milk and water
salmon
High fibre carbs (granary bread, wholemeal pasta, long grain rice),
Fruit and veg (all are good but need to be careful of natural sugars in melon and berries),
Milk (semi skimmed or skimmed)
White meat and fish
Tofu, quorn and soya protein;
Proteins:

whole eggs
dairy
fish
lean cuts of red meat
poultry

Carbs:

kidney beans (or any bean for that matter)
black eye peas
sweet potato
lentils
barley
whole oats
whole grain rice

Fats:

fish oil
olive oil
sunflower oil
safflower oil
soybean oil
hemp seed oil
flax seed oil
