I need help I'm not good with nutrition but would like a good diet and work out plan.?

I'm about 5'6 i weigh about 146 pds Mostly in my abs and hips I would like to flatten my abs and hips and I am about to purchase a gym membership too. Can someone recommend a good diet and routain to follow for slimming the abs especially. I want to know what kind of meals to eat or what I should be eating morning noon and night.

Just eat lots of veggies and fruit. Drink lots of water. Cut out caffine and sodas. Sodas are terrible anyway. It is hard to do, but if you are really dedicated than you won't have trouble. Eat 6 meals a day instead of three - smaller portions. Do loads of crunches. Do them at home in the morning or in the evening everyday. See if you can work up to 300. The gym will help with everything else. Good luck!
exercise on a regular basis in particular do more sit up routines for abs and cut out the starch eat more greens and less chips burgers and fast food good luck
No carbohydrates after 6 pm

only complex carbs before 6pm

no msg

good luck
I think we all know more about losing weight than we think. We've been so inundated with commercial diets that we lost confidence in our own ability to eat right. If you want a written or online diet usse your judgement (eg. don't eat 5 pounds of meat every day).

I ordered a book on eBy called Simple Diet or something lie that. I'm not sure why I bought it, I'll see what it is. Online diets can cost an arm and a leg when you add it up. You probably know everything I just said but I'm just trying like the rest of us.
South Beach Dit online - expensive lots of cooking good meals
Weight Watchers - User friendly - expensive - dumb message boards - good plan
