Does Any One Knows About An A successful nutrition system For Losing Weight ? Healthy eating: Chicken(no skin) and Fish. Lots of steamed veggies, brown rice & fruit sparingly. No Dairy, No sugar, No added fat. Make sure you are hydrated, and are working out everyday. Alternate weight or strength training on one day and 30 to 60 min of cardio on the alternate days. It's common sense style and works really well. Know your body, and go slow at first...it's better to ease into this kind of thing. Also find a good multi-vitamine that has a good absorbtion rate. Good Luck..You can DO IT!!! praying and fasting. Weight Watchers is very successful. My husband and I have each lost about 10 lbs in one week on the South Beach diet. The key is to spend more calories than you take in. See the food pyramid at http://www.mypyramid.gov/index.html... it will give you all tips you need for balanced diet. If you exercise and eat balanced diet you're guaranteed to lose weight. I've researched them all (Adkins, etc.) and I think the South Beach Diet is the best. Even if you don't follow the diet per se, you can print the food lists from low to high glycemic count.
