Are the Ensure nutritional drinks they sell good for meal replacements and can they offer good nutrition? Not as good as eating. I know someone who uses them as her main source of food. She is lacking in B12 and Iron. They will maintain your weight of 115 lbs. provided you drink approximately 4 per day. You are not getting any fibre with them either. I would only suggest drinking them if you are unable to eat food in the regular fashion. Yeah, they are pretty good. They're OK You are much better off eating a low cal meal than taking a drink as a replacement! They're good if you want to gain weight. If you're looking to have them instead of a meal for weight loss, they have more calories than a happy meal. My doctor recommends them as a supplement for my son since he is such a picky eater, and we want to make sure he is getting enough supplement. Yes they are A good replacement but only for patients who cant have solid food do not take them with out advice from the docs as you will swell up like a balloon |
