Let's see....... You need to show what fat looks like under the skin (it's very gross). You need to show hearts and other organs of those who were obese & have passed on. By looking at these, you'll see all kinds of adverse effects of obesity. You then need to show lots of obese people and determine from research studies how much time they take off of their lives by being obese. Obesity is not healthy but all too common these days. While I'm not advocating discrimination against obese people, it needs to be said that obese people are shortening their lives, time with their loved ones, etc. They cost more healthcare wise, etc. Statistics is your key for making an obesity campaign. You must approach the subject with firmness yet tenderness. Noone is going to listen to you if you're doing nothing but putting down obese people.

Sounds like you just want someone to do your homework. There are plenty of campaigns out there and some are more successful than others. Do some research.
