I need an interesting topic to research for school, and no same-sex marriages or obesity...? Do some research on Global Warming. Al Gore has a great movie with interesting facts and lots and lots of information. HOW ABOUT STEM CELL RESEARCH, CLONING AND EMBRYO GROWTH? How about Bipolar Disorder? Or Social Anxiety Disorder? You can't go wrong with mental illness..teachers love that. I know! The Black Death. It's a disease that killed millions in the middle ages. It's really interesting, look it up! prison system global warming. how about animals Eating disorders are always a good one for assignments. There's lots of information out there for that. HOW ABOUT THE EFFECTS THAT HUMANS AND THE NATURAL RESOURCES WE CONSUME HAS ON THE ENVIRONMAENT AND ANIMAL POPULATIONS. how about the disaster of Cherynoble research bio sexuality Global Warming is always a interesting topic, or better yet, why don't you do a report on the Health Care System in America. My son had to do a paper on anything he wanted and he picked tattoos. The paper was very easy to look up on the internet and also very interesting to read. Research why A Brief History of Embalming. Alcohol withdrawal delirium, alcohol hallucinosis and uncomplicated alcohol withdrawal syndrome. Those are interesting topics. Out of curiosity what did you ask this in LGBT category and say "no same-sex marriages"? There is much information that there are additives in the food that make us fat. You can cite information pro and con for same sex marriages; be they between a lesbian couple or Gay men couple. You can include info from prior cultures (roman, greek), cite famous couples. You can include religious points of view. A teacher of mine once told me that a person can write a 20 page report on how to make a hamburger..different things about the breads, cheeses, lettuce types..meats..you take one slice of the topic and look at it from diffeent "angles". Most research generally generates more questions that it answers. Since the marriage topic is rather controversial, you can state your points more so like a question that a direct "fact". It really helps to generate after-report discussion. Hopefully, tempers don't get out of hand..in either direction. How about the fact that christian churches are now political vote machines, and therefore should lose their tax-exempt status this year. How bout Measles or trips to alien worlds. |
