I want to know what better slimming pills should take for obesity? |
I want to know what better slimming pills should take for obesity? dont, you should just exercise. its much better for you! and you will feel better. Cylaris or hydroxycut. i went to my dr.. only have about 40lbsto lose.. lost 22lbs in the past 30 days.. Stop trying to find the easy way out. Diet and exercise is the answer. Those "diet" pills have a lot of side effects and if they worked there would be no such thing as obesity. If you really want to lose weight and keep it of you will have to change your eating habits and start a good working out routine. I know you have probably heard about that a million times, well, maybe because it works. I suggest you go to a doctor first (a real one). Your obesity might be caused by hormonal imbalance or something else. If you know the real reason why you are fat then it would be easier to find a better solution. I can suggest hundred kinds of slimming pills but if you dont get to address the real problem behind your obesity and know the real status of your health, then pills will only give you temporary results (or might even be harmful to you). You could try Sida Cordifolia Complex from Healtharena, it's natural and herbal. My sister got it off the internet and lost a lot of weight and is looking great, but I couldn't take it because I was on thyroid medication. If you have any thyroid trouble or heart problems you cant take these because they speed up your metabolism. Your doctor could check these problems out for you. It is really good though if you can take it. For me acomplia has been the best. phentermine also showed good results, but i started to get addicted and it had way too nasty side effects. |
