Is there a way to prevent obesity( overweight) from an infancy?

Remain active during your pregnancy. Consult your doctor and make sure you know which exercises are healthy for you and your baby. A nutritionist may help as well. Don't give in too much into cravings and just be happy!!

Scientific? No, but if you make sure you feed the baby fruits and veggies instead of a lot of candy and chips and such, the child will choose fruit over bad foods because it became used to that kind of food to satisfy their sweet tooth., and veggies like carrots or celery with peanut butter to satisfy their urge to chew something and satisfy the "munchies."

Ignore some of your cravings and stay fit and active!! and NO STRESS!!!

Just feed the child as the doctor instructs. Some children are naturally bigger than others, but not obese. The obesity comes in when the child is able to eat solid foods. Instead of feeding the child unhealthy snacks, give her apples, oranges, bananas, celery sticks, carrots, etc. for snacks along with healthy meals. However, keep even these healthy snacks in moderation due to the sugar content in fruits.

These things will become the child's favorites. Also, avoid processed foods like lunch meats and processed cheese and white bread. I'm sure your child will be healthy as long as she's fed healthy foods in moderation. However, despite all your efforts, it in the end is really the individual's responsibility after a certain point. All you can do is head them in the right direction.
