Is there a way to prevent obesity( overweight) from an infancy? |
any scientific ways? any ideas....? dont have the answer but i read the diet during pregnancy might be the most important factor check out this site http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/200... Remain active during your pregnancy. Consult your doctor and make sure you know which exercises are healthy for you and your baby. A nutritionist may help as well. Don't give in too much into cravings and just be happy!! Scientific? No, but if you make sure you feed the baby fruits and veggies instead of a lot of candy and chips and such, the child will choose fruit over bad foods because it became used to that kind of food to satisfy their sweet tooth., and veggies like carrots or celery with peanut butter to satisfy their urge to chew something and satisfy the "munchies." Ignore some of your cravings and stay fit and active!! and NO STRESS!!! This link will lead you to the official website of the US Surgeon General, which offers .pdf files of the practical techniques to prevent and decrease overweight and obesity : I don't know much about obesity, i am in the same shoes as you are. but i know here's a section on largefriendsdotcom that you can select the information , in any style you like. Wish you all for the best. I think you are referring to keeping the baby healthy, right? |
