Obesity - forget diets, have you tried eating less??

I was talking to a lady today who was telling me how she struggles with her weight and whatever diet she tries, she doesn't loose any weight. The convo started bcos I'm quite slim and she was jelous. I asked her how often she went to the gym and she got dead defensive and started staying that it's not because of that, it's because of her gynes...then she admitted to having to cooked meals a day with meat etc...and I told her it might help if she tried joining a gym and eating less and she got dead upset and stormed off.

Why do fat people not like hearing the truth, and why don't they forget about all these diets and just go to the gym and eat less?

I eat a sandwhich and a peice of fruit for my meal at my desk....you should see what the fatties consume! Time to stop complaining and just admit you're lazy! agree?

I agree with you completely. All these fatties like to complain that their genes cause them to get fat. While they're saying this lard is dripping from their chins. I am disgusted by how many fat people there are in this country. Our culture is messed up.

Maybe it was something in your approach that was off-putting? Also, genetics does factor into people's metabolisms to a degree.

yeah i agree..but i think they r just a tad bit sensitive about the subject.

well fat people dont like to admit their lazy-or a good portionof them fer sure.

they want to hear of a miracle way to lose it...

its like talking to an ugly person and saying "why dont you go to a surgeon to get that nose fixed?" lol..
or something like that...

yes nowadays i think the genes and other stuff like that is an excuse but its very possible for some people.

im fat.
and dont deny im lazy.
time for this fat *** to get up and do something huh.
yep :D !
