How do you overcome obesity? |
i weigh 86kgs whereas i m supposed to weigh 60kgs. please tell me the solution. i am 34 years old. Obesity is a serious problem in todays society. Something that you have to remember that reducing weight should not be your ultimate goal. Your aim should be to develop a healthy lifestyle which will result you in reducing weight, but more important will make you fit overall for life. Hard work and research. No matter what anyone says, that's all it takes - not pills, not magic drinks, nothing. You have to realize that everything you do is by choice. The food you put into your mouth and then feel guilty about is choice. Watching a tv show on the couch vs. getting some exercise is also a choice. These decisions as everything else we know and love start in our brains as decisions we make. If we keep making these decisions over and over again, they become patterns and addictions. If you start making some healthy decisions and make these into patterns/addictions you will find that you are now living a healthy lifestyle. join aerobic classes, or simply dance at home daily for 1 hr It is a nightmare for some people who want to deal with the problem of overweight and obese. In fact, a lot of people are overweight mainly because of their lifestyles. People may have prejudices on a person who is fat or overweight. They may find that a fat man is funny if they feel happy on one day. However, the case will be worse if the overweight person is a woman. Well.. there are few ways if you could try... like avoid all junk foods including sodas and juice. eat plenty of fruit and vegatables and have 3 healthy meals. Try to get 1500 calories a day. Many people are fed up of dieting and taking different training programs. This is because they don't even lose a single pound. The reason why you don't lose weight is that your stomach and your intestine are filled with parasites. "Parasites are certain types of worms that have only teeth but no eyes. They are very tiny. They always depend in our food that runs through the stomach and intestine". People come in all shapes and sizes. Not everyone's body was meant to be a toothpick. Your focus should be on whether you're being good to your body, not how much you weigh. 1. get away from the cpomuter and go take a walk you should work out ex: you can watch TV and do sit up at the same time. work while doing your fave things so it 's not soo boring.pluse you eat heathly join some others tying to lose so you boast you confidence. |

Too many pushover parents buy their kids sugar... laziness. Americans have become lazy. We exercise less, move around less. ...Eat other things too, dont just drink milk. If you want to drink milk, go for a less fattening alternate to full cream.. try fat free or low in fat or soy milk. Try a few different brands, see what... I don't even know if this could be a federal or state problem. People have the right to be fat and eat unhealthy food. People have the right to smoke and drink alcohol even though those things... You are so right. The other day my hubby and I stopped at a McDonald's and it was cheaper than cooking at home. Fresh produce has gotten so costly! I guess it's save money now and pay ... I chose bulimia, now I am trying to recover from it, I am not obese but weigh a "healthy" weight, I go to the gym and work out 7 days a week, (I know I should do rest days but the fear of... you have an interesting point, but don't confuse the liberals. they need to understand that government serves its citizens, not the other way around. ... |
