Pet obesity?

According to statistics, does any one know the percntage of dogs and cats that are obese or overweight in america for 2008? 2007?

Very high. I know it's become a "trend" in Europe to do pet obesity clinics. Try contacting your local vet offices I'm sure they could give you some figures. I know my pooch just got yelled at for being chubby.
