Obesity help...?

I'm a 25 year old woman. I weigh around 610 pounds. I can barely get out of bed. My 22 year old sister has been taking care of me lately. I'm not really sure what to do right now, I've recently become immobile because of my weight. I cannot get up to use the bathroom. I've been forced to urinate in my bed, my sister has to clean it. What can I do?

I don't want to change my eating habits too much. I really like burgers and fries and stuff.

You need gastric bipass surgery. It's the only way since you can't even move anymore.

Well, what do you want to do? Is this how you want to live your life? You need to have a pretty serious chat with yourself!
Call a doctor and tell him you are ready to change (if you are...!).
I'm assuming your sister brings your food to you? Tell her that you want to live and if she loves you, only to bring you healthy food, no matter how much you protest. Get her to write down her promise and stick it on the wall. Find a healthy, low calorie diet on the internet and tell you sister that you are sticking to it. As you are bed ridden, you can do exercise while lying down. Lay like a star and lift your arms to hold hands and slowly lay then down again. Do this in sets of 10, increasing by 3-5 each day. Same with you legs, raise and hold for a few seconds, sets of 10, increasing hold time and number each day.
Imagine your life in 3 years. You are either going to be on TV, being lifted out of your house by a crane with chronic illnesses or you will be in a slimming magazine empowering and helping other women. I hope you make the right choice. It is your choice.

As I just told someone else, you need to develop good eating habits. Get on a low cholesteral diet and stick to it. See your doctor, he can also help you. If you want to lose wieght the best thing to do is NOT to diet, but to get on a good healthy diet and eat right. that is three times a day and develop good eating habits. We have had to do this recently due to high cholesteral and in the last three months, have lost 18 lbs. It does not happen over night, but will help you develop good habits one day at a time. Sign up with weight watchers. They are a good organization and do not judge anyone. They give you lots of good information and you can use it to go with your diet and do not have to buy their food.

call a profesional nutritionist in your area...they can put you on a structured liquid diet which will make you lose weight without exercise and once you have lost enough weight that your are mobile you can start getting into exercise and use a different diet plan

my uncle was 700 pounds and almost died and i paid for a nutritionist to help him out..he went on a liquid diet and lost 550 pounds now 3 years later he can beat me in a 100 metre sprint

i am sorry, but that is never going to work. unless u wanna die around 30, you are definitely going to have to make some serious changes. My Friends mother just died a few weeks ago, so i had my family change alot of our eating habits. We have alot of fruits and vegetables now, and we eat alot of white meat. cut out the red, its bad for you. and lay off the fried stuff.

Well theres not much to do.... u should of did something sooner...like when u hit 300 lbs [WHICH IS STILL A TON OF WEIGHT!!!!!!] U can start by eating much less, and what u eat should be low calorie, non fat, or low fat. Once u become mobile do little exersizes till u bcome even mor mobile... then really start to exercize. Also, only drink water! if u would like, u can drink milk for breakfast. NO JUICE!!!!! .........also, there 1 mor solution but its risky. U could go for a staple surgery...

you have to go to a endocrinology doctor, he can help you, first you most to take a blood test so he can see how is your general helth condition
