Inactive people with family history of overweight.
1. Excercise/diet (yeah, its hard )
2. Reducing stomach size operations : tieing stomach, sewing stomach or similar. Usually works for people that can still live normal lives. Works like forced diet.
3. Fat tissue removal (used in extreme cases), however there are large risks for that, as sudden body mass changes have impact to cardio and other systems.
