Get rid of Obesity through yoga ? |
Get rid of Obesity through yoga ? Yoga has an important role to play in the treatment of obesity. I have been taking yoga classes at a local gym and I think that it is wonderful... for me it is mainly a way of clearing my mind but also it has been making me stronger and more fit. my class is actually a power yoga class and I would suggest this as compared to a regular yoga class because it just simply takes more energy... The class is only 2 days a week but I have started doing yoga on my own every day. If you are looking at yoga as a way to loose alot of weight I would say go for it, but you might also want to do other exercises too like jogging and stuff like that to better prepare you for the energy of a yoga or a power yoga class. |
