What main factors influence obesity?

What do you think? Nature or nurture?

It's both.
Some people naturally have a lower metabolism. Some people have a lowered metabolism based on their diet (which is often inspired from their parents earlier in life).

Ultimately, no matter which factors are responsible for it, anyone can overcome them with work. A good diet and exercise program would work for anyone if it's set up right and followed correctly. A good nutritionist or dietitian should be able to help you set up the best regimen for your body chemistry and history. Good luck!

1. Improper diet
2. Insuffiecient exercise
3. Genetic predisposition
