Catering and Obesity? |
How does catering affect obesity? Does anyone know how it catering would affect obesity because I can't find an answer on how it would. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks The only things I can think of, when food is catered it probably has more fat and salt than food you would cook at home. That makes it worse for your body. Also, the portions are a lot bigger than you would serve yourself at home, or it's a buffet and people overeat. That helps cause obesity too. There is no reason why catering would cause obesity. Over eating and laziness cause obesity. Caterers provide a service. They dont force you to eat too much. People over eat for alot of reasons. The caterer made me do it is not one of them. |
