Problem with obesity. Help?

I am 14 and weigh in at 245 pounds. I know this sounds horrible, but please do not judge me. I have several health problems

1. Severe Asthma.
2. Hyper igM syndrome (No immune system at all)
3. I have a lung that recently colapsed.

Okay, so, I have issues with excersing. My asthma is really severe. It is hard for me to do alot of things. Then, with my hyper igM syndrome I get sick easily, and I can't stay outside to long (because of the sun) and I can not be outside in the rain or if it is windy. I went into the hospital last year for 3 months because my left lung collapsed. Now, with my lung as it is, I can't do much of anything without breathing hard. I have tried just dieting by itself but it did not work. Any help or suggestions? Please any help would be welcome! Also maybe some ways I can excersise that won't effect any of my health problems.

PLEASE NO HARSH COMMENTS. I UNDERSTAND OBEISETY IS A PROBLEM IN AMERICA!

I weigh just a bit more than you, and I have asthma. Walking for a while can certainly help, and it doesn't created too much of a problem if you go slow. Swimming is low impact and good for joints, which is a reason why some obese people have issues with walking or any other kind of activity.

Do you think you'd be able to do some light swimming and/or pilates/yoga a few times a week?

Even walking at a slow pace for an hour will burn, for you, around 200 calories!

That's all I can think of.

first off, i know what you're going through.
i think that if you want to get some exercise maybe first you should start off doing something like yoga or water aerobics, maybe pilates depending on how flexible you are (meaning this is not for me, but whatever you like.) as you start building muscle, you can move on to some harder things, such as starting to lift weights a little or maybe swimming instead of water aerobics. i would try to stay away from running though because it's really hard on the knees. but i know you can do it and i believe in you!

love yahh :)
