Child obesity?

i have to write a speech about childhood obesity, but i don't know what to talk about. i need more topics. i don't know what kind of info i need for this. i need some help on good topics and info about childhood obesity.

also.....whenever i present i get nervous and really really red, how do i overcome that and not be red?

i got how they become obeise effects on the child (death health problems)
what is it emotional effects (from others, self esteem) facts and tips what we can do, for topics and some info on some of this

According to a recent media report, the incidence of this problem is not growing as fast as many studies have stated. Yes, it is increasing but this increase has been from 6.8% in 1999 to 7.0% in 2007.
Things to include are the effect of sedentary pastimes, diet, urban lifestyles, double income families etc.

Write about the causes of obesity.

Can't really help about you turning red. However Child Ovesity is a Big problem in the U.S because it's lack of parenting (Yes I'm blaming the parents) There was a woman I believe in the UK who had an 8 year old boy who weighted over 200lbs and went to child protective service because she kept feeding him junk food.
And ask you'reself How is this happening, Why is it happening, Who's fault is it and what to do to prevent this.

And if you have a good time to do this project, read it out loud and try to memorize some of it and look up, you're teachers or the people watching will know you took time in this.
I know when I was in H.S i really never read it out loud until my later years because I thought it wouldnt really matter but I later found it, If you memorize it, and believe in what you're saying you'll still be nervous until you acually stand up there and than just read.
As for you not turning red umm, splash some whiteout on yourself! Haha..
If you want some more answer's about this i'm running out of text. but please feel free to contact me at r0ckerdude88@yahoo.com.
